We feel confident in our abilities to make delicious cheese, but less so about our ability to give those cheeses unique names. We are enlisting your help with our Brie/Camembert style cheese. The cheese has a creamy, soft center and a thin white rind. It is made with cows milk. We like our names to represent the area in which we raise our animals and make the cheese. So, generally this would be the area between Columbus and Mansfield. Use rivers, bodies of water, unique geological formations or historical people or groups of people. Those are just a few examples, but the main point is to keep the name relatively local in nature.
The winner will recieve 1 pound of any of our cheeses of your choosing. You can get a pound of one cheese, or spread it between all of our offerings. It's totally up to you.
