MORROW  IS OUR FIRST EVER CHEESE MADE WITH PASTEURIZED MILK. IT IS A LACTIC STYLE SHEEP MILK CHEESE THAT IS DUSTED WITH ASH and HAS A LIGHTLY BLOOMY RIND. it's produced seasonally between april and august.

IT IS SOFT, RICH and has fruity and sweet undertones balanced with more savory notes of garlic and that characteristic sheep milk grassiness.
